HalloweenKidz.com Launches onto the Kids Costume Scene

September 21, 2009 Costumes, Halloween, Haunt Industry, News No Comments

Don’t let the bad economy damper your Halloween this year. There’s a new sheriff in town and it’s HalloweenKidz.com. Not just for kids, HalloweenKidz.com has Halloween costumes for infants, toddlers, kids, tweens, adults, and even pets. HalloweenKidz.com has been designed with you in mind, by experienced party planner and party store owner, Laurie Cohen. “I wanted to create ONE place for busy people to shop for all of Halloween costumes and supplies. Not just costumes like lots of other sites, but for the entire Halloween holiday process, like indoor and outdoor Halloween decorations, great Halloween party ideas and favors, fun Halloween crafts and activities, Halloween party food and more”, says Laurie. Cohen then set out to find a team of mom professionals who knew kids and loved parties. The staff of HalloweenKidz now boasts eight kids and seven grandchildren among them!

With their busy lifestyles and shrinking paychecks, the team at HalloweenKidz set out to create a site designed for Moms and Dads to compare Halloween costumes and accessories from some of the Internet’s top costume suppliers, provide an interactive search box on all product pages, show costumes and party ideas side by side, provide advice and products for Halloween safety and develop and test ideas for unique Halloween crafts, activities and budget costumes.

With that in mind, HalloweenKidz.com features not only the best and newest Halloween costume themes but devotes an entire section for homemade and budget Halloween costumes and ideas. There’s tons of helpful and free information, like: learn how to use hats and other accessories to create budget Halloween costumes and tips. HalloweenKidz, Creative Editor, Pam Laughlin, the mom of three boys, tested the craft and costume ideas and says: “You can easily make a homemade Halloween costume by starting with the hat. Then find lots of costume ideas by visiting bargain stores, thrift shops and in your own closet! Add a few, inexpensive accessories like a wand or light saber, and you’re ready to go.”

In addition to great money-saving Halloween ideas and tips, there are lots of online coupons, promotions, and specials to help keep Halloween costs down this year. And if you are having a Halloween party, HalloweenKidz.com has free craft templates and even a Halloween party checklist to keep you on track. Be sure to also double check their costume size chart before ordering a costume.

No more searching and hopping from one site to another either. HalloweenKidz.com uses an interactive search capability where you can search by themes, like animal costumes, baby’s 1st Halloween, princess costumes, super heroes, hottest Halloween costumes for 2009, and many, many more. You can also search by characters, like Bob the Builder, Thomas the Train, Disney Princess, or Star Wars Halloween costumes. The interactive search is available on all product pages and allows you to find EXACTLY what you need WHEN you need it. Organizing this year’s Halloween couldn’t be easier with HalloweenKidz.com.
