America Haunts National Halloween Costume Contest

One way to gear up for the Halloween Season is to think of your costumes. And many of you RFR Deadites go all out for your parties, home haunts and of coarse all you Haunt Owners Actors too. Now how about Winning something for your effort?

This year is the First America Haunts National Halloween Costume Contest. This contest is where you can showcase your detail, creativity, and love for all things spooky. RELEASE:
Welcome to the America Haunts First Annual National Halloween Costume Contest! We are currently looking for people to participate in a nation wide search for America’s best Halloween costume. If you or some one you know is they type of person that goes “all out” for Halloween we invite you to take part in this friendly competition.

To sign up simply fill out the form on the site to be entered into the contest. Once the form is submitted you will be sent a confirmation email along with the competition’s rules and guidelines. This costume contest is unlike any other because entries are judged by an esteemed panel of Haunted House owners, special effects designers, costume designers and makeup artists who all have years of experience in the Haunted House industry.

Our judges think they have seen it all but nothing can prepare them for this! Its time to shine the spotlight on your creativity and skill as we conduct a nation wide search for America’s best Halloween costume! Judging will be based on the following:

Originality; Difficulty; Execution

Come back and vote!!! Our judges, while talented and skilled, aren’t the only ones with opinions. Once finalists are decided and posted you will have the opportunity to vote on your favorite. One lucky contestant will receive a prize for having the most votes! Top prizes include cash, tickets, travel, and national recognition.
